Fast help (works in almost all cases) : update all of your drivers. Believe me, this is an ''All-around-solution''.

If this doesn't work, reinstall the game and try again.

Some other questions : when exactly does the game crash? Before or after the intro?

Get information about your system : there you will see producer names like NVidia, ATI, etc. .
When you have these information use google in order to find, for example, a graphiccard driver. (example : NVidia Driver)
You will directly find the official site for your graphiccard. All you need now is to enter your graphhicard name and type
and start downloading.
Afterwards you just install the downloaded driver and do what it says.

This should be regulary done after three months anyway.
